SWIDN Conference 2024 Recordings: Locally-led Development
SWIDN were delighted to host our fourth annual conference in 2024, returning for another year of online, open access and free discussions, training, networking and peer learning opportunities. This year’s focus was on locally-led development and we explored what this is, whether it’s possible within the current ‘development’ system, how far local goals can be achieved within our Global Goals framework, and what it might look like to shift our charity structures and the stories we tell towards local leadership.
We are very grateful to our generous panellists, trainers, members and trustees who supported our delivery of the conference this year, and to all our many participants who took part and shared in the sessions. Below we share three of the recordings of the open sessions for follow up learning.
