Save the Date – SWIDN Conference 2025

We are pleased to announce this year’s SWIDN Conference which will take place online on Thursday 16th October. Join us for a day of learning, networking and reflecting at this online, free event which is open to all.
This year, we’re inspired by feminist academic Chandra Mohanty’s challenge to look for knowledge located beyond development to reimagine alternatives (2003). With a focus on practical recommendations for meaningful change, we’ll hear from a range of people within and beyond the international development sector on what anti-colonial, antiracist and more equitable alternatives to development practice might include.
You can register here for the Zoom link in advance, which will allow you to join any and all of the sessions throughout the day.
Watch the recordings from last years conference here to learn more and get an idea of topics we will be discussing!
