Pahar Trust Nepal

Pahar Trust Nepal was founded in 1993 by two friends and former Queens Gurkha Engineers, with a mission to improve the standard of school buildings and education in the remote mountain communities of Nepal. The initial aim of the trust was to build one school but to date the Trust has delivered over 200 individual projects. Most of these have been schools but also include; medical posts, libraries and sanitation projects. Pahar Trust Nepal also supports schools to improve the quality of education provided within schools.
