As a Chartered Meteorologist with over 20 years professional experience, I specialise in the design, implementation and evaluation of weather and climate information services (WCIS) and early warning systems (EWS). I support the UN, major international development organisations, national governments, NGOs and other institutional actors to work with National Meteorological and Hydrological Services and their stakeholders at from local to global levels to provide inclusive, actionable EWS/ WCIS to improve livelihoods and resilience of communities.
