About You

This is an opportunity for an ambitious, experienced fundraising leader to shape and grow Ripple Effect’s supporter income programme, lead a team of specialist fundraisers and play a pivotal role in delivering sustainable unrestricted income growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marcomms & Supporter Engagement, you’ll lead the development and delivery of our individual giving and supporter engagement programme, playing a pivotal role in growing our supporter base and maximising supporter lifetime value. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering acquisition, retention and stewardship strategies across multiple income streams, ensuring supporters feel connected to the impact of their giving and inspired to continue their journey with us.

Using audience insight, data and innovation, you’ll identify new opportunities for growth, optimise supporter journeys and improve campaign performance to deliver sustainable income growth. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, manage income and expenditure budgets, and work collaboratively across fundraising, communications and programme teams to deliver ambitious targets.

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven fundraiser with a proven track record in individual giving, supporter acquisition and retention, strong leadership skills, and experience using data to drive decision-making and maximise return on investment.
