Join us to find out more about SWIDN’s peer mentoring scheme and the launch of our new Skills Exchange platform.

This short, informal session is open to everyone in a SWIDN member organisation — whatever your role or level of experience. Whether you would like support from someone who understands the sector, have experience to offer as a mentor, or have a practical skill you would be happy to share with another member one-to-one, this is for you.

We will explain how peer mentoring works, who can take part and how to register your interest as a mentor or mentee. We will also introduce the Skills Exchange: a simple way for members to offer and access expertise across the network.

You might be able to help someone with fundraising, communications, project design, governance, monitoring and evaluation, finance, HR, digital tools or something else entirely. Equally, you may have a challenge you would value talking through with a peer.

Come along to hear more, ask questions and help us build a network where members can learn from and support one another.
