SWIDN Directors Working Group

This informal working group takes place each month and is a space for NGO leaders to discuss shared issues, challenges and to connect. This group offers different discussion topics each month and the opportunity to support each other in a confidential, online setting. It is a peer-led group and we welcome newcomers from amongst the SWIDN membership.
In September’s session, we are delighted to welcome Reena and Jen, founders of ReJenerate. ReJenerate helps organisations and individuals navigate and lean into conflict well, in order to bring transformation, reconciliation and find an outcome all are comfortable with. Reena and Jen are senior professionals with extensive cross-cultural experience, both in a professional and personal capacity. They will talk a little about what lead them to setting up ReJenerate, touch on some conflict engagement skills for leaders and look at how facilitated conversations/mediation might help you and your organisations to navigate tricky situations.
This group is aimed at directors and leaders of international development organisations with an annual income over £250k. This is to ensure that there is a crossover in the experiences and challenges faced by attendees. If you would like to join this group, please email Hannah at hannah@swidn.org.uk.
If you are a director of a different type of organisation and would like to benefit from a similar group, please get in touch with info@swidn.org.uk.
If your organisation is not yet a member of SWIDN and you would like to join, please find out more and register here.
