This monthly working group takes place each month and is a space for directors to discuss shared issues and connect. This monthly session offers different discussion topics each month and the opportunity to support each other in a confidential, online setting.

This group is aimed at Directors of international development organisations who are SWIDN members with over £250k of annual income. This is to ensure that there is a crossover in experiences and challenges faced by attendees. If you would like to join this group please email Hannah at hannah@swidn.org.uk.

If you are a director of a different type of organisation and would like to benefit from a similar group, please get in touch with info@swidn.org.uk.

If your organisation is not yet a member of SWIDN and you would like to join, please find out more and register here.
