SWIDN Directors Working Group

surface-HJgaV1qjHS0-unsplash

This informal working group takes place each month and is a space for NGO leaders to discuss shared issues, challenges and to connect. This group offers different discussion topics each month and the opportunity to support each other in a confidential, online setting. It is a peer-led group and we welcome newcomers from amongst the SWIDN membership.

This group is currently aimed at leaders of international development organisations with an annual income over £250k. This is to ensure that there is a crossover in the experiences and challenges faced by peers in the group. If you are a leader of a different size or type of organisation and would like to benefit from a similar group, please get in touch with info@swidn.org.uk.

In February’s session, we’re delighted to be welcoming Iona Lawrence from South West based organisation The Decelerator to share about their work. If you would like to join this group, please email Hannah at hannah@swidn.org.uk.

If your organisation is not yet a member of SWIDN and you would like to join, you can find out more about membership here.
