SWIDN Directors Working Group

This informal working group takes place each month and is a space for NGO leaders to discuss shared issues, challenges and to connect. This group offers different discussion topics each month and the opportunity to support each other in a confidential, online setting. It is a peer-led group and we welcome newcomers from amongst the SWIDN membership.

This group is aimed at directors and leaders of international development organisations with an annual income over £250k. This is to ensure that there is a crossover in the experiences and challenges faced by attendees. If you would like to join this group, please email Hannah at hannah@swidn.org.uk.

If you are a director of a different type of organisation and would like to benefit from a similar group, please get in touch with info@swidn.org.uk.

If your organisation is not yet a member of SWIDN and you would like to join, please find out more and register here.
