Safeguarding is everyones responsibility – including the trustees of an organisation.

This one hour, lunchtime workshop will strengthen your safeguarding practice and give you an understanding of the risks, roles, responsibilities and responses for trustees. The session is aimed at any UK-based trustees of international development or humanitarian organisations. It is suitable as a first introduction or as a refresher course.

This course is a great opportunity to continue your professional development in safeguarding.

About Vicky Ferguson:

Vicky Ferguson is the Global Safeguarding Lead at a Funding Organisation with a global reach. She focuses on developing internal safeguarding practices and supporting grantees to develop robust and inclusive safeguarding practices, policies and procedures.
