Informed Consent – Best Practice in Storytelling

Join us for this training session focusing on informed consent and ethical storytelling. Gaining consent isn’t just about asking to use images and photos, it involves thinking about how we represent people in the stories we tell on our websites, in donor reports and elsewhere. Vicky Ferguson will talk about the importance of having full conversations when gaining consent and the ethics of how we portray and protect people.
Come along and take part in this important and insightful discussion. This 90 minute online workshop will strengthen your safeguarding practice, ensure your organisation stays relevant to current sector best practice and offer ideas on how to strengthen organisational cultures of consent.
