DFID request for feedback on new Supply Partner Code of Conduct for Accountable Grants - deadline 17 Nov

DFID is introducing a Supply Partner Code of Conduct for Accountable Grants (AGs). The Code has been operating for DFID supply partners on contracts since late 2017, and is now planned for a roll-out to AGs. They are currently undergoing a process of engagement with Civil Society regarding the approach to implementing the Code for AGs.

As a part of this process, they have designed a Survey Monkey questionnaire to facilitate constructive input from Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) on the roll-out of the Code. The questionnaire can be accessed via the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/2NLGZRG

The questionnaire provides links to various documents in relation to the Code, which should hopefully be of some assistance to CSOs. While some of these have been written for contract arrangements, the underlying principles will be consistent for AGs.

Any organisations that receive funding from DFID, or have aspirations to do so in the future, will need to be aware of the Code and make plans to be compliant with it.

The questionnaire states there is a deadline of 31st October 2018 for responses to be submitted, however, this has been extended to 17th November 2018.
