PERFORMANCE AND RISK MANAGER – UK Aid Direct
£27,000 - £33,500 + benefits

UK Aid Direct is a £150 million programme managed by a consortium of partners led by MannionDaniels, that is changing the lives of over 11 million of the world's poorest people with UK aid from the UK Government. Performance and Risk Managers provide a focal point to coordinate the technical, financial and operational performance for each grant holder, taking responsibility for the performance and risk oversight of the grant management process. PRMs work closely with the grant management team to ensure grants move efficiently through the grant management cycle and to coordinate technical assistance for grantees.
This role may be based in Bath or London.
Ideally you will have:
• Considerable experience working within a grant performance or project management role in an international development setting, and qualified to at least degree level in International Development, International Relations or related field.
• Good knowledge of international development, international aid, public health, human rights or social policy will need to be demonstrated, as well as excellent client and relationship management skills
• Some experience of working with DFID and knowledge of processes and procedures would be advantageous.
REPORTING AND ORGANISATION
This is a UK based position reporting to the Deputy Fund Director UK Aid Direct and is based in our London or Bath office. Occasional international and national travel may be required. This is a permanent, full time position and requests for flexible working arrangements will be considered.
