We have the interesting and varied role of Facilities & Office Coordinator currently available at DI and we are looking for a confident and strong team player to join us. This role will provide high-level administrative support for a range of activities that facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the office.
You will have:
* At least two years’ practical experience in an office administrative role
* Strong admin and IT skills (MS Office; Excel, Outlook etc) skills
* Good time management and organisational skills, including multi-tasking
