Yes, we are a registered charity in England & Wales number 1173320 with a Board of Trustees 

Why does SWIDN charge a membership fee?

SWIDN uses your Membership fee to continue operating the network in the way that is currently does. Our aim is to organise more quality events, professional training and continually improve the SWIDN website so that it's a valuable resource supporting Members and the wider public to deliver on the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.

What's the difference between joining as an organisation, a consultant or as an individual?

How do I report a problem with the website?

Please email describing the issue in as much detail as possible.

How are my payments processed? 

We use Stripe to process SWIDN Membership fee payments online. Any debit/credit card charges are included in your membership fee and you will receive a receipt via email. We use EventBrite and PayPal to process SWIDN training course payments online. Any debit/credit card charges are included in the cost and you will receive a receipt via email. We don't have access to or hold debit/credit or bank account details.

How do I pay for my membership once approved? 

The link in the confirmation email sent to you requests that you visit to complete your payment. This requires you to log in using the details you set up originally. If you are having trouble please follow the helpful instructions on the membership registration help page
