'Newer technologies for mobile and remote PMEL data collection' will be the main theme for this meeting, and I'd really like to invite any of you to present your experiences on this for 5-10 minutes. This could include negative as well as positive experiences. If you're interested in making a brief presentation, please let me know a.s.a.p. (email address below).
Clarification: Newer technologies for mobile and remote PMEL data collection is supposed to cover, say, using phones or tablets, either assisted by field staff or not, to collect data directly from the field so this wouldn't cover, say, online surveys sent to staff in offices.

This new Working Group is open to all paid Members of SWIDN (or staff of SWIDN Member organisations) who are interested in, and/or working on any of the topics - Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. This is pretty broad, covering everything from log frames and planning/reporting formats to hot issues like complexity and adaptive management. It should be interesting for NGO staff, as well as externals, e.g. external evaluators.
Please note that this is a bring your own (BYO) lunch event.
